For Buyers with a VAT ID

If you have a VAT ID and are making a purchase with us on eBay, the process is straightforward. For orders under €150, ensure that you have an eBay business account with a verifiedVAT number attached. By doing so, no additional VAT charges will apply on top of the listed eBay price.

For orders over €150, it's important to make sure your VAT number is registered with your eBay account. Also, during checkout, you’ll need to provide your VAT number by using the "Add note for seller" option in the 'Review order' window. This will ensure that no further VAT charges are added.

For Buyers Without a VAT ID

If you do not have a VAT ID, different rules apply. For orders under €150, eBay will automatically collect IOSS VAT during checkout.

For orders over €150, you will be required to pay VAT and any administrative charges directly to the carrier (UPS). The carrier will contact you to arrange payment before delivering your order.

Order Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of payment. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve this on 90% of orders.

UK Delivery Time-Frame: All orders under 30Kg on a tracked 2 to 3 day service with DPD. Small shipments (under 1Kg & £50 GBP) are sent with Royal Mail on a 1st Class service. Large items such as 4U servers are sent with on a wooden pallet with a pallet courier - if you are ordering large items please ensure your shipping address can accept a pallet. A forklift is not required.

European Delivery Time-Frame: European delivery will take 2-7 working days (depending on your location in the EU) with UPS, or the eBay Global Shipping Programme on a tracked service. Large items such as 4U servers will be sent on a wooden pallet with a pallet courier - tracking for pallet deliveries are available on request. If your order is using the eBay Global Shipping Programme, none of the additional fees described below will apply. If you do not see the option to use the eBay Global Shipping Programme then please review the following EU VAT and Import Fees:

EU Deliveries: Couriers will collect VAT and an import fee only for orders over €150 that do not use the Global Shipping Programme:
  • UPS charges an import fee equivalent to £11.50(LCY) OR 2.5% of the VAT charge - whichever amount is higher. UPS charges may vary by between £1 and £5 depending on your destination. UPS will include your local VAT charge in their request for payment.

You will receive these payment requests in the same way you currently receive tracking updates from your courier – the process is quite smooth and hassle-free. Any request for payment and payments made will be reflected in your tracking history.

Express UK Delivery: If you have paid for express delivery we will flag your order as a priority. Your order is guaranteed to be dispatched within 1 working day on a next-day service. Orders placed between 12am and 9am will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Delivery Partners: For UK deliveries we only use DPD (Tracked), Royal Mail and various pallet couriers. For EU deliveries all items are sent with UPS, or the eBay Global Shipping Programme on a tracked service. Large items such as 4U servers will be sent on a wooden pallet with a pallet courier - tracking for pallet deliveries are available on request. We use these companies in complete confidence that your parcels will arrive safely without any damage.

Packaging: We use custom protective moulds that surround the corners and edges of our machines. The foam mould not only protects the machine from impact and physical damage, it suspends the machine in the middle of the box preventing damage to the machine should the box become damaged.

Problem with your order?

If you have a problem with your order please contact us through eBay messages as soon as possible with your eBay Username order number and a description of the issue. We are aware that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavour to get any issue resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Please note: You MUST contact us through eBay. We CANNOT open a return case or issue refunds outside of eBay. This is a requirement from eBay for both us and the customer.

Warranty Returns: Orders for components on their own are covered under a 1 year warranty, while configured systems are covered under a 3-year warranty. If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us through eBay and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you.

Returns Process & Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If your item develops a fault you are entitled to a replacement or a repair under our Return To Base Warranty which is explained below. This right to a refund does not apply to products you have bought as downloads, though - such as music, games or apps. You can, however, ask for a digital product to be repaired or replaced if it develops a fault. And if this is not possible, or is unsuccessful, you have the right to receive a price reduction.
